  2. If the recipient seeks to commercialise either the genetic material, its products or research derived from it, then prior written permission must be obtained from Utrecht University Botanic Gardens.
  3. The genetic material, its products or research derived from it, are not passed to a third party for commercialisation without written permission from the Utrecht University Botanic Gardens.
